Student Presenter Registration (Free)
Any student who presents a poster or participates in the student presentation session receives free registration (including full conference access and recording access through December 31, 2026).

When does early-bird registration end?
Early-bird pricing is available through October 4, 2026. Late registration pricing begins October 5, 2026.

How do I register at the member rate?
To receive the member rate, you must be an active NPSMA member at the time of registration.

How do the two complimentary student registrations work (member benefit)?
Each paid NPSMA member registration includes two (2) complimentary student registrations at no additional cost.
Student registrations must be issued using the student’s name and email so they receive conference access and updates.

How do students claim a complimentary registration included with a member registration?
Students can be registered using the process provided in the registration system (e.g., a unique link/code or a follow-up form). If a member needs help issuing the complimentary student registrations, they can contact the conference team for support.

Who qualifies for the student registration rate?
The student rate ($49) is available to individuals currently enrolled in an academic program. (Optional add if you want it more explicit: “You may be asked to verify student status.”)

Is the student rate discounted during early-bird?
No. The student rate is a flat $49 and does not change during early-bird or late registration.

Do student presenters pay to attend?
No. Any student who presents a poster or participates in the student presentation session receives free registration (including access to recordings through December 31, 2026).

How do student presenters receive free registration?
Student presenters will receive registration instructions after they are confirmed for the poster session or student presentation session (typically via a unique link/code or a registration waiver process).

I registered as a non-member. Can I get the member price if I join later?
If you register at the non-member rate and join NPSMA within one (1) year of the conference, NPSMA will apply a $50 credit (the member vs. non-member price difference) toward your membership dues for that year.

How do I receive the $50 membership credit?
After you join (within one year of the conference), email manager@npsma.org with your conference registration confirmation and membership receipt/confirmation, and the $50 credit will be applied to that year’s membership dues.

How long will recordings be available?
Session recordings will be available through December 31, 2026.
